Service Description

First stone road over the sea built in Cuba, these cayos are connected to the main island of Cuba by a 27-km (17-mi), that runs across the Bahia de Perros (Bay of dogs), including a section of approximately 17 km over the sea, took 16 months to build and required more than 3 million cubic meters of rocks and stones. Just next to Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo, just minutes away from Cayo Coco Airport. Cayo Paredón is well known for fly fishing, it’s been on the anglers radar for decades. We have has recently been authorized to manage our fly fishing operation. Since this is inside the Jardines del Rey Marine Park, like all our operations in Cuba, this destination will be under Marine Park Management with the help of Blue Sanctuary Org. Superb saltwater fly-fishing for Tarpon, Permit and Bonefish. Hard bottomed flats bordering deep blue channels allow for great wadefishing opportunities. Bonefish are numerous and big; fish are common and there is a good population of Permit which cruise both the same flats as well as the slightly deeper water.
